Login into VerityBeyond
This section outlines the straightforward web login process using basic credentials, such as a username and password.
Once logged in, users can manage access permissions, review profile analytics, customize settings and privacy preferences, access support resources, and log out.
It provides users with the necessary tools to personalize their experience while ensuring security and privacy compliance.
In addition, VerityBeyond also offers stronger MFA multi-factor authentication options depending on your enterprise environment requirement including
- Mobile 2FA authentication using TOTP-OATH standards such as Google Authenticator, Oracle Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or any TOTP mobile auth
- SAML based single sign-on SSO via Azure AD Entra ID
- SMS based one-time passcode mobile text authentication

Azure SAML Login
If you configuredAzure SAML login, your users will be able to login through their Microsoft applications login landing page, where they can login using the Microsoft Office-365 / Azure login ID credentials

Service Provider Page
After authenticating usingMS Azure Federation they will get redirected to the Service Provider landing page where they press "BPM Signin" or "CX Signin"
